Our Process

Step 1: Consultation

Step 2: Planning and Design

Our team will assist you along the way and make recommendations that work within your budget. We will also create a project timeline and build out the provisional cost (PC) budget.

Step 3: Documentation and Approvals

This is a key part of the process. We need to submit the plans to the council, and once they are approved, we can provide an accurate price for the project. Once we have the Building Consent, we’ll provide the necessary contracts and include an official timeline. When everything is approved, we can order the required materials and book subcontractors.

Step 4: Construction

Our team will prepare the site. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you are informed of the progress and notify you of any changes that need to be made.

Step 5: Completion and Evaluation

Once we have completed the house extension, we take the time to complete any final touches and inspections to ensure we have met our expected quality and safety requirements. We will also give you the opportunity for a walkthrough to ensure you are 100% happy with the final result. Then, we complete the project with a handover, during which you are provided with official documentation and warranties.
